When walking around the city, there are numerous events to choose from, each with a cost. The first time you go to each of them, you'll get an achievement.

Occasionally in the morning, the girl will ask you to do something, such as Watch TV, have sex in a certain position, take a day off work, etc. You have until the end of the day to do said task, you don't have to do it before work.

In order to get demoted from the base career level, you need to either take days off (every day off drops your job XP a lot), or relax at work (drops your job XP a little).

When you go below the minimum of the Intern job rank, you'll be fired. A week later, an event will happen that will let you get your job back, however, so you don't have to restart the game after getting You're Fired.

This event happens automatically when you get over 10000 relationship stat. After you get this achievement, you can take walks (and soon have sex) in the woods.
