This achievement is extremely easy to obtain 😄 Just follow my guide.

    1. Open Tabletop Simulator.
    2. Go to singleplayer mode.
    3. Open "Menu", then proceed to "Workshop Upload"
    4. Add random title and description, select any game type and number of players (it doesn't matter at all).
    5. In tab "Workshop Thumbnail URL:" click on that yellow thing on the right and select random image from your pc.
    6. Upload your perfect Steam Workshop Item, that noone will ever see 😄
    7. Now go to your profile, under your achievements from Tabletop Simulator, you will see that you've created one mod. Click on it, then click again.
    8. Now change the visibility from hidden to public. Then delete your mod, cause noone wants garbage in steam workshop 😄
    9. Repeat the steps 3 times and the achievement is yours 😄

Hope this guide is going to help someone.

    • Be Social

This achievement became seemingly unobtainable when global chat got removed from the game, however, there are still two known workaraounds to obtain it regardless:

-1. By typing "say_global hi" in the console the game will still attempt to send a message through the now gone global chat, giving you the achievement despite it not really being able to send any messages.

-2. If the first method doesn't work for some reason, you can download an older version of the game through Steam Depot, then try to send a message through the global chat in that older version and it should accomplish the exact same thing, only that it will take a bit more time to get this way.

Hope this helps anyone still trying to get this achievement.

The strat I used was move the window that popped up when clicking the flip table button, to on top of the flip table button and just pressed the same spot until it was done.

FYI the achievement didn't pop up for me until either you start a new table (preferred), or go to main menu.
Also, you do not need to reset the table to get this achievement, just mindlessly press the button a lot.
Also, It doesn't update the number you are at on Steam until you switch to a new table or go to the main menu.!
