Start a local match. Use the following settings to make the matches as fast as possible:

• Select Ascension as the map, and Team Deathmatch as the gamemode.
• Under lobby settings, switch to an 8 players lobby.
• Under bot settings, select Fill empty slots as your number of bots and Dreamcrusher as the bot difficulty.
• Click on the first 6 bots and make sure they're all on the same team as you.
• Click on the 7th bot, make sure it's on its own team and lower its difficulty to Easy.

The amount of EXP granted is proportional to the amount of points you or your team obtains during a match. This is easily exploited by going into Gamemode Settings and Advanced Gamemode Settings then increasing the amount of points per kill as high as you can/want. The higher the number, the more EXP you'll get.

As you can only increase this amount by one point at a time, this process can be bothersome, so stop when you feel like it. As a example, I tried with 400 points and got 3k EXP after every match.

Now start the match and watch it end instantly before the EXP starts pouring in. Click rematch as many times as necessary.
