Oh boy! Let me tell you, if it wasnt for this freaking endgame last boss, I would have felt so satisfied with this game.. but the last boss uses so cheap tricks it will give you insta-death quicktime event flashbacks! So here is a guide I wanted to make before I get hammered and forget about my 2 hour suffering trying to beat this boss until I finally pulled it off.

First of all, you gotta know that Im more of a strategy/adventure kinda gamer and I am not that good at these reflex and shooting games, having said that, here's some observations I noticed in the final battle.

Let's start with the battle structure, the fight consists of 4 phases. It starts with an enemy wave, then you need to escape an insta-death explosion, then another enemy wave then THREE explosions... or was it two? I cant remember I panicked and just ran from one side of the battlefield to the other side.. you see, if you die, you have to start all over again and I died like six times in those ultimate explosions at the end and I was just.. I wanted it all to just end ;_;

So here's the thing, in the first wave there will be geared up enemies, they are not that hard to kill and they dont do that much damage if you keep moving and thats the key.. you need to keep moving! cover? PFFT forget about it! If you stay still for too long the floor will turn red and when it does, kiss your grass goodbye because a bomb has been set right beneath you and if you dont get out of there is insta-death.

You read right, if you take time to aim or go for cover, chances are, you gonna die soon, the red bomb will kill you.

So, how do you fight if you aint have time to aim? well.. that red bomb also kills enemies you know?

The last boss doesnt care where you are, either kissing an enemy with your fist or hiding at the back inside the corridor, the red bomb will spawn below you.

Oh yeah, a dash takedown animation will make you invincible for a few seconds and the red bomb about to go off wont kill you.

So if you are dashing while the floor is red, go ahead and do the takedown, the bomb will explode, you'll be a-ok and you'll have one less enemy to worry about.

You dont need to rush or dodge to escape the red bomb blast if you are just running all the time but if you were standing still either in cover or stuck or aiming and then you just noticed the red floor, you need to dash/dodge out of there, fast!

Now, here is a good tip. Even though the floor turns red for several seconds, its only the first four seconds that count, you need to use both your eyes and ears, man.

The bomb has a certain sound to it and the explosion does too, but after the bomb explodes, the floor will remain red for three more seconds, so.. you need to use the time immediately after you hear the explosion to go kill some enemies and even though its random when the next bomb will spawn, you have around six seconds after the bomb goes boom to go kill or hide or reload.

So yeah, learn the noise the bomb makes when it goes off.

Then. after you clear a wave, a super huge explosion will happen and the camera will annoyingly move to show you the epicenter of where the huge bomb will go off. Running while the camera is moving will get you stuck somewhere so either learn how to run while the camera moves or wait for the camera to stabilize then dash out of there to the other side of the area.

The second wave has double the enemies and a heavy which I hated so much because between trying to evade the red bombs and his machine gun bullets (which on hard kills you in 3 seconds) it was painful and I almost launched my controller into my TV because everytime he killed me I had to start all over.

The Heavy also has a dampening field! If you get close, all your skills will be disabled/reset so you wont be able to use them, this is a death sentence if that happens the second a red bomb appears and you get stuck running away.

What I did in this second wave is to run around and pray the red bomb spawned just right when I was near the Heavy so the bomb would kill him, I failed twice and got gunned down but I did it the third time and after that I got the hang out of it.

After the last wave, at least two explosions will happen so you gotta move. Run from where you are to the other side and then use a different route to run to the other, its just so unfair.. its ugh.. lets just say Im glad I uninstalled the thing now and its gonna be forever 100% in my list, good riddance!

I suggest using all the tricks you know for this one, time stop to stack bullets, dashing into enemies to stun them, the dashing takedown, time blast, everything!

Well, I wish you good luck and a lot, A LOT of patience.. I read people enjoy these one-shot you are dead attacks. " Its fun to know you will have to start all over if you make one tiny mistake" one guy said and I curse them to heck! ;_; oh boy.. I feel better now. So yeah.
