    • Home, Sweet Home

When you first arrive in Ark you will be in the Foreign Quarter, keep following the street forward and you will come to three gates leading to the Marketplace, two at the end of the street and one on your right next to a signpost. Take the gate on the right through to the Marketplace and the purchasable house will be on your right just past the Smelter. If you check the door you will find a notice directing you to the bank. To find the bank turn left from the gate and pass the alchemist, the well and the baker, the bank is on your right just behind the baker. Once in the bank you can purchase the deed to the house from the banker.

With a Rhetoric of 29 the deed was priced at 1059 Gold. There is also a deed for a house in the Nobles Quarters though this is significantly more expensive at 5885 Gold. The achievement will unlock once the transaction is completed and after naming the house.

    • Icy Embrace

This requires the Arctic Wind talent which in turn requires investing four memory points in the Elementalist tree (not including the initial point in focus to unlock the mage disciplines). When used it will freeze an enemy, shock spells and blunt weapons then have an increased chance to shatter the enemy.

    • Nimble Feet

    This achievement is MISSABLE.

Early on in the game you will meet a character called Jespar who will give you a quest to investigate a character called Yero. Once you've completed the initial stages of this quest you will then meet with Jespar at Yero's house and follow him into the basement where you will be able to attempt this achievement.

Jespar will stand on a pressure plate next to a locked door whilst you have to sprint around the room activating five switches within a certain time. There are three switches on the upper level and two on the lower level and all will have quest markers.

Below is a video showing the puzzle in action. The video is from the pre-Steam release but the switch locations are unchanged. The video isn't mine so credit for it goes to the original uploader (Testicular Tony).
