    It can be done alone, you just have to create a server and choose the map.You join the server and choose a side and select the short bow. No need to start the game, the server will stay in standby mode and you will only have to leave the character still while the game hours increase. To achieve the arrows you can create a macro or do it yourself. Go change the map every hour for one of the achievements and that would be it.
