At the early game, on your way to Felsteyn to get your first quest item retrieved you will reach the town of Upper Orcam. This town sells Masterwork weapons but also has a dungeon called Dwarven Dungeon, it has no in-game map. On the west side of the first floor, after a fight against four dwarves (#6), there will be a scripted fight against a lone dwarf which is a perfect battle to try and get this achievement. Here is a map, the scripted battle happens in the corridor below the 5:  Save your game, put your tank upfront and try incapacitation spells on him like Paralyze, Horriphobus or Somnigravis. The spells: Be my Friend and Plumbumbarum never worked for me, I did try for a couple of battles then reloaded and Somnigravis worked. Remember to check your stats and spells to see which spell has a better chance to work according to your stats. When you mouse over the spell name in the spell section of your character sheet, on your right, over your stats a (1) marker will show telling you those are the stats the spell uses.
