I was averaging a complete floor in 1.5 mins (used Joleri & Skroig) If you do find the exit early, it might be faster to send a person to go pick up the crystal. Picking up a crystal starts opening all the doors room by room. This could open multiple doors at once. When you get the message that all doors are open, make sure the door on the map is fully open before abandoning your game. The message appears before the door counter increases. Floor 1 has 11-1617 doors per run. (16 was pretty rare. 17 doors is even more rare. got 1 out of 180 restarts).
