  1. The command that needs to be typed is "say_global" and not "global_say"
    This achievement became seemingly unobtainable when global chat got removed from the game, however, there are still two known workaraounds to obtain it regardless: -1. By typing "global_saysay_global hi" in the console the game will still attempt to send a message through the now gone global chat, giving you the achievement despite it not really being able to send any messages. -2.
