    1. Start a new game on any difficulty, and play as normal (I recommend a ranged survivor) until you come to "Siren's Call" which is on stage 4 (This may take a few tries.).
    2. When you are in "Siren's Call" start to look and destroy 4-6 nests (They can only be on the surface, so don't look for them in the cave or in the wrecked ships.).
    3. When nests are destroyed the secret boss for the stage will spawn.
    4. Kill it and enjoy the red item and new character.
