Meet a familiar face in Hokkaido.

1. Choose Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido on any difficulty (recommend Casual.)
2. Start with the disposable scrambler, or put it in the morgue smuggled location if you do not have mastery 20. (If you do not have access to the scrambler during loadout, then it can be found in the security room in the main building to the right of the big ramp.)
3. Choose the morgue starting location if you have it unlocked, otherwise make your way down to the morgue.
4. Head to the section directly outside the room with the heart
5. Use your scrambler on the keypad on the wall to unlock open the chamber.
6. Listen to the dialogue to unlock the achievement.
