    You can do this achievement solo.

    Run starbound_server.exe.
    Run Starbound from Steam.
    Run second instance starbound.exe directly from the directory (Starbound has no DRM).

    Join to 127.0.0.1 with different characters.
    Meet on the same planet (add characters to the Party, use Beam to Ship, then Beam Down to planet, after Leave Party).
    Enter /pvp in chat for both characters.
    And fight!
