    Encounter spots are very bugged. But you can farm the same spots, it counts.

    1st method (100% works). Restart game, go through storyline until 1st encounter then repeat. (Time consumed)

    2nd method. Check some spots then go to main menu, continue game. Repeat several times. You can check same spot then exit, but only if you have encounter streak at the same place. If you are lucky enough you can get 5-7 encounters very quickly.

    The most "productive" spots are 1st storyline and road encounter very close to fast travel (Mountain area).
