You can get the achievements "It's Raining Cars" and "Fly Like An Eagly" by jumping in a delivery truck before closing the doors and then keep brooming the walls for a while. Once you are flying really high you'll unlock both achievements.

Do not pick up the phone after buying a parking space quest. Take your lockpick and engage in professional Skyrim lockpicking. Around 5.5k bux will be enough

Warning: Do not sell the shelves to get cash back. Doing so will mean that your uncle won't place any products on your shelves, and you won't be able to complete the cash register objective after answering the phone to progress the tutorial.

You get this achievement when you first trigger the volcanic eruption.
The easiest way to do this, to make a new game and do the tasks until you get the "Clean the Station" quest. Drop garbage into the ocean until you reach 100 rage on the Chunchumanchu meter.
