On the main menu, if you idle for 30 minutes straight a dvd-icon screen (except with the word ZEOKKU) will begin. You have to leave this running until the word directly hits the corner. This can take anywhere between a few minutes and many hours. I'd advise simply running this when you sleep as you're pretty much guaranteed to have it by the time you wake up.

In preferences, crank the Eye Care Filter all the way up to 100.
