Fast Achievements:

In order to obtain the "Fast" Achievements, the sum of the best times of all the levels in a world (Without the boss level) have to be less than the time on this list:

ACH_MAGTERRA_FAST : 260 seconds
ACH_MAGTERRA_BROKEN_FAST : 105 seconds
ACH_MAGZERO_FAST : 330 seconds
ACH_MAGZERO_BROKEN_FAST : 150 seconds
ACH_MAGMAH_FAST : 370 seconds
ACH_MAGMAH_BROKEN_FAST : 170 seconds
ACH_MAGTEK_FAST : 470 seconds
ACH_MAGTEK_BROKEN_FAST : 180 seconds
ACH_MAGNETIA_FAST : 345 seconds

From the developer:

No Death Achievements:

You have to complete ALL the levels of a world (including the boss level) without dying.
You can complete them OUT OF ORDER and the progress is saved if you quit the game.
For example you can start with the boss level and then do the level 10.. etc...

Remember that if you die, all the levels completed without dying for that world will be reset. And you will have to complete them without dying again.
