In a 4-player game, this can be done in about 30 minutes if you let one player punch all other players in each round.

Spotting characters that stand still can be hard in some levels. I recommend using rubber bands on controllers to make players run into a corner, making it easier to spot them. When using rubber bands, the game won't let you select levels, so be sure to set the level selection mode to Shuffle before starting the 99 points game.

Characters unlock after completing a certain amount of games. 1 point games count. After completing a game, go back to the title screen to check whether you've unlocked a character.

This achievement does not unlock after completing a 1 point game. I don't know if it will unlock in a 2-9 point game. I unlocked this after completing a 10 point game.
