Loop Hero

For this achievement you'll need to beat the lich on your first expedition of a new save. In order to do this you'll want to start you new save, skip tutorial, and take the beacon, treasury, and vampire mansion out.

Then on the first expedition you'll want to draw it out as long as possible while killing as many enemies as possible so you can get more item and card drops. In terms of item build you'll want to go for vampirism and attack speed at first to survive to the boss, and keep an item set of high regen gear to swap out to right before the boss.
