    If you are having issues moving your character, this is usually due to the high FPS you have.

    Fix your FPS to 60 on the control panel of your graphic card and try again. Also play in multiplayer mode using a controller and a keyboard, finish the run with both characters. Single player and finishing the run with only one character didn't pop the achievement for me.
