    Simply select one the characters and start a new game.

    Progress through each dungeon to advance to the next one. You can tell you're in a new Level if you have the NPCs that will sell you items.

    I believe they are in the bottom part of Level 3, but if you kill everyone in the dungeon you won't have to worry about this achievement.
