There is a video guide for the full demo which is great, but here's a text guide for this specific achievement (especially since it's missable, I think it's necessary).

Upon reaching the grassy area, you'll encounter an NPC named Pepe. He's standing near the path to Isur at the exit of this area. He needs 25 Fe and 25 Cu. You can get these materials from destroying a variety of things, such as flowers, enemies, and wooden objects. Burning wooden objects is good for Cu collection. Once you have all these resources, go back to Pepe and tell him you've completed his quest.

Tip: Exit to Isur (there are signs to it) and come back to the grassy area with Pepe. This will respawn all of the items, including wooden objects.
