Addition to Peta's guide.

In case online is dead and you can't find any boyz to play with you, you can get the achievements by yourself.

Just open two instances of the game (one is via your Steam, another is from anywhere else, e.g. the place where you've downloaded the previous depot of the game). Create a room and set 1 kill as a condition to win, join the room from the second instance, and just win the game from Steam instance. Click 'Once again' button on your host (from where the room is created) after winning, and continue the process until you get the last achievement.
