Unlike what the achievement description states, this is not only available for a limited time during Summer 2011. This achievement is always available, year round, annually. No system clock changing even.

    Just get 5 stars on this level. Not too hard; I got it first try. Just kiss as many things as you can to quickly rack up points, and you should have no problem.
