Go to July 13th on the stage select screen

Skip the first few events. Run up to the pile of rocks, skip the tutorial, and stand on the pile, facing the left side of the screen.

Then spam pick up and use the ability twice to spam rock throws until the achievement pops.

On the stage select screen, choose July 31, on the bottom path.

Skip the cutscenes until you can control the characters, then run right to the bridge. Skip the cutscene and you should be controlling Mowchan.

Just stand in place and spam the ability button until the achievement pops up. You don't need to see him actually turn silver or wait in iron chef form.

Choose Aug 20th on stage select

Skip cutscenes until you can switch to Tattsun. Continue right until you drop into the train car and get control of Tattsun's powers.

His transformation power takes a long time to wear down, so its faster to transform then run to the right, fall in the hole, and get a game over until you spam enough transformations to get the cheevo.

Stage select to Aug 15, top route

Skip cutscenes until you control Pai. Climb the first stack of crates and run across the top until you unlock pai's ability.

Spam it 100 times.

Note: The room after this contains a boss fight, and you only get to use pai for part 1 - so get this achievement before continuing.

Stage select: July 31st, top row

Play the stage normally until after you get Chuko's ability. Melt the ice, and go right until you hit the platform with spikes after it.

Spam loop is to use the chips, run across the platform, and jump into the spikes. I did notice that if you ran to the middle of the platform and ate at the right time, your ability would be interrupted. I am unsure if this counted as "eating chips" or just wasted time, though.

Stage Select: Aug 14th, bottom row

Play through most of the stage until you unlock Nyoro and are being chased.

Here you can spam f-bombs while being chased until you unlock, or you can get to the next room, and spam up the f-bombs there.

Stage Select: Aug. 18th, bottom row

Run to the right until you unlock Kansai's ability

Then just stand and swing in place until the achievement pops.

Stage Select: Aug 18th (top row)

Start the level and move right until you unlock Jennu's ability.

Then spam flips on the safe roof and floor right away until the achievement pops.

Stage Select: Aug 21 (top row, ACT)

Pretty easy one. At the start of the stage, unlock Aniki's ability, and just start spamming that action button. When your meter runs out, let it recharge and spam again. You should get it on the second cooldown if you're spamming fairly quickly.
