Have a Nice Death

At least at this time the game only auto saves when you are done with a run. So you could cheese this by buying something from Muriel, then quit the game. When you come back you come to the save before you bought anything, but still have the achievement.

If you are unsure of where Muriel is:

When coming back to life go to the first elevator.
After taking the elevator, go left.
You do need at least 100 gold to buy anything from Muriel.

Probably works the same with buying something at Joe, but is probably something people do either way.
