How to evolve the items:

Find 2-3 specific items and fully upgrade them, after collecting a chest you can get the chance to evolve the item.
If you do not have the specific item to evolve, then look at the description on the achievement to see what you need to do.

Note: These are all weapons so you need to have three weapon slots available when evolving this without using Eleanor.

These are caterpillar mobs, you see 1-2 of them at the start of the 'Lake Foscari' map.

To get more - start the 'Lake Foscari' map, go to where the Seal of the Lake crystal is/was. Then go south alongside the right side a bit, there's a tree line on the right side that has spots where you can enter. Once you do, there's Sammies all over there.

If you've reached the right metaglo, you've gone way too far.

After getting geared up reasonably well, head up to where the ? is on the map. When you get to the same horizontal plane as the marker (you'll notice it's off to the far right 'outside of bounds'). Go over to the left side and search around for a sparkling mirror. Walk up to that mirror to teleport you to a small room with the coffin.

If you do not have the map (you really should have it by now), just walk along the left side of the tower until you come across the sparkly mirror. It's about 20 or so 'screens' up from where you started IIRC.

You can use the mirror to get back after a short delay (something like 10 seconds).

Hoo boy, this is a fun one.

You'll need to play a non-special character (so no Red Deaths) and survive in the new map called 'Moongolow' for 15 minutes. This map gives you all passives right off the bat on the ground.

After surviving for 15 minutes - the game will freak out, you'll get some strange lettering on the screen, then get sent to a secret level with a long hallway.

All of your items will poof and you'll revert back to the 'basic character'. Don't bother trying to fight the mobs, just run. You won't get any experience so no levelling. Try to run along the lamps so you can hopefully pick up some floor chicken along the way. At the end, you'll get a rosary that will clear the screen of monsters and open a trippy pathway across to the yellow sign item itself.

If you die, you'll get the opportunity to replay it with any non special character. I've found 'Poe' to be the easiest to use, the garlic kills most of the bats in there and lets you collect floor chickens will running.

The achievement itself is a bit bugged, you'll need to go to your collection screen and highlight it to get it to tick.

These achievements must be completed in regular game and not in adventure mode.
