Have this line of code inside your main function of a script and run it: (I used it with Netscript 2, it might not work with simple Netscript )

It should immediatly open the DevMenu.
Use with caution. It can spoil the game for you.
The Achievement should pop shorty after.

Since the number used to represent the money in a server is a floating point number, it will store really small non-zero numbers, but the game only displays up to a certain amount of decimal points.

To get to 0 reliably and fast, you'll wanna run like 550 hack threads on a 1TB server, attacking a weak server like n00dles.
