The most effective way to get this achievement is during a dark side playthrough. He loves it when you are cruel, insane and generally a psychopath. So take him with you, while you go around and kill everyone you can (especially those you don't even have a reason for, e.g. completely innocent civilians). This will net you with a lot of influence, which you will need. If you use a male character you can pair this achievement nicely with "I hate everything about you" by taking the Handmaiden with you. She hates when you are cruel, so take full advantage of that.

The next advice is not gameplay related: Listen to his conversations, don't skip them. Why? Because he is absolutely hillarious and evil on another scale. In my opinion the writers had a blast with this character, so enjoy it!

Once you have high enough influence and blasted through all his dialogue options that have an influence barrier, you will come to the last one: "If I need to kill a Jedi, how would I do it?" Once you pass that influence check, the achievement will pop, followed by more antics from him, including very detailed methods on how to kill Jedi.

At the beginning of the game, you're offered a tutorial, or you can skip it. If you skip it, you do not get this achievement.

Be sure to complete the prologue on at least 1 playthrough in order to get this achievement.
