  1. Added the second paragraph talking about other factions after testing by myself
    For palmyra, By the end of the campaign, I had not completed the chain of heroic events, and the achievement progress did not show progress. I keep playing with the son of Zenobia (Vaballathus) promoting in the politics window to the max rank, then i got an event saying that Vaballathus is ready. Two turns before it will count in the achievement progress. For the rest of factions, reach lvl 10 with the main character as you do the main objectives to unlock al history events. It usually takes some turns to pop up the event, and some more turns to show the result of your decisions.
