Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition

For palmyra, By the end of the campaign, I had not completed the chain of heroic events, and the achievement progress did not show progress. I keep playing with the son of Zenobia (Vaballathus) promoting in the politics window to the max rank, then i got an event saying that Vaballathus is ready. Two turns before it will count in the achievement progress.

For the rest of factions, reach lvl 10 with the main character as you do the main objectives to unlock al history events. It usually takes some turns to pop up the event, and some more turns to show the result of your decisions.

It can be obtained in the Rise Of The Republic Campaing (Paid DLC) playing with Tarchuna, it requires to reach lvl VI with the 6 buildings of your capital.

It can be obtained in the Rise Of The Republic Campaing (Paid DLC) playing with Syracuse. During the campaign, it will pop up some events to decide help any of this Greek State.

I always helped Sparta and i got the achievement when finally i got the event saying that Sparta won the war and they give me their best commander to help me. I am convinced that this achievement cannot be missable since someone always has to win the war regardless of who you support. But to be safe (it takes a lot of turns to get to the end of the chain of events) I always supported the same Greek state.
