I had a very hard time getting this one because Ophelia kept destroying my Crusher after a few minutes, finally I figured I needed decoys.. but not just any units which could kill steal my kills. Thunderhogs make good units to keep the enemy distracted while you mow them down, also, dont linger in their stage all the time because the Avatar will respawn and hit you, then youll kill her, she'll respawn and hit you again and you can repair your crusher so you will eventually lose.

Do hit and run tactics and attack when you see one or two squads waiting for deployment.

    • Euthanasia

Do this against the Drowned in Feeding area and dominate all fan sources except the one they have infront of the enemy stage.

Eventually, you will have enough technology to create the Pain Lifter while your opponent will try to take the one fan source between you with zombie squads.

The trick here is that everytime the AI gathers 2 squads (12 units) they will deploy them to try and take the fan source, so you will always be 3 units short.. unless...

This is where you should retreat from defending the fan source and a little ways back towards your own stage, after some seconds, a 3rd squad will be created in the enemy stage, quickly fly to them and lure them to where the others are, you will now have 12+6 units attacking the fan source, fly to the Pain Lifter and mount it towards the fan source.

Right before you arrive stop and activate the attack, wait for them to rush you and send the ball out, explode it at the right moment, if you fail.. retreat, grab your troops and retake the fan source and try again, if you leave them that fan source, the enemy will go after the ones that are behind the feeding ground and this wont work.

    Good luck!

Oh yeah, if you find the AI making a bunch of ranged units, spam battle nuns towards a summon flag in the feeding area, after a while, she begun creating just 6 unit infantry squads, worked for me :3

    • Sellout

This achievement can take a while depending on how many fans you've already spent. I highly recommend finishing the game first as to boost your numbers. Maybe even do some of the other multiplayer achievements and get the artwork required too. This will put a dent in the requirement. Before you start, I'd also recommend going into campaign and checking how many fans you've spent already in the stats tab. Then if you want, you can math out how many you'll need.

When you're ready to start cheesing, follow these steps:

    • Head to Multiplayer and load Custom Match
    • Make yourself Tainted Coil. Don't add any NPC difficulty
    • Set the map to Feeding Ground

Now you should be in a match with yourself. Tainted Coil is a good shout because, while they're a bit cheaper, nuns spawn super quick and are only 1 space, so the turnover is quicker. Spawn as many nuns as you can and remove the worm from the fan geyser and take the enemy one (there is an enemy fan booth and stage. Be careful that your troops don't destory the stage when they're over there.)

While you're doing any of this, feel free to upgrade your stage to use up some fans.

The next two geysers are only accessible by entering through the middle area. Time it right, the worm will disappear for a while. I find flying over the blood pool stops it from spawning in for a bit, giving time for your nuns to get to the geysers. Once they're out of the circle courtyard, they should be safe. Take the last two geysers. Now head to the small land bridge that connects the courtyard to your stage and play a solo for a summon flag. Send any Nuns you have there now.

Now it's time for a simple, yet arduously long task. Pop a squat wherever you like outside of the worm's reach and continuously spawn in nuns. It takes a few minutes for a full group of 40 to run in and get wiped out by the worm. You can wait for a little bit, go do something else and try and reach 9999 fans, then continuously spam until you run out. Or you can sit and keep spawning more as soon as you can. I recommend the former, as you can do a few groups in quick succession and you get a nicer dopamine hit when the numbers go up!

Either way, I recommend you have something good to watch, ready or listen to!

    • Boar Bather

Pretty simple in practice - find a boar and ride it to the Sea of Black Tears. On your map near the Sea of BT, there should be a skull. If you still have a secondary task next to it, set that as your waypoint so you have a better idea where you're headed when you get close. You will need to have completed the game for this.

Now you need a boar. They usually run in a singular in the desert area, not too far from the entrance of Lionwhtye's Pleasure Dome. Look out for the burning tree trunks. Try to be fast when obtaining one, as they can group up and start bullying you pretty quick. Give one a quick electric zap from your guitar and hop on when they stop.

Boars are pretty wild to control since they constantly accelerate, but you can use the handbrake button to slow them down. Do this and pause your game if you need a moment to re-group.

Once you go into the mouth of the skull and get into the open cave, you'll see the ramp ahead of you. Be careful when you get close and try to time it right. If you jump off too early, the boar might get away from you. Too late, and you'll be swimming with the boar too. Jump off once you reach the apex of the ramp.

Once the boar drops, just wait a few seconds while the game confirm you are, in fact, not dead. The achievement will pop shortly after.

    • Painkiller

If you're trying to do this legit, the best thing to do is send in some beefed up Headbangers from one direction, then flank in the other direction with the rock crusher. The best team to do this against is Drowning Doom. The aim is to take out enemies with the front of the crusher. Reversing over them or using the special ability will not count. So it's best to always go forward and only perform u-turns when out of enemies way. Use the special ability if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed and there are too many enemies coming at you to clear some space.

The best way to get this achievement is with a spoof account or a friend. Have them play Drowning Doom, while you are Ironheade. The map doesn't matter too much, but Pleasure Dome is a good one, because it has a lot of spacious areas.

Have your friend spawn in a few Grave Diggers. The achievement is for 25 kills, so 5-6 units should do the trick. For ease, it might be better to do a two at a time.

As they spawn in, simply run over them. It can be tricky, since they will attack on site and it only counts if you get the kill while running them over with the front of the crusher. Reversing over them doesn't count. Simple run them over, keep going and do a quick U turn and go again. It takes a couple hits to finish them off. Have your friend spawn in more where necessary. Just rinse and repeat until it pops.

    • Silence, ground walker!

This doesn't need to be an "official" jump like with a ramp or firebugs. You just need to be on land, then not on land for 5 seconds, then back on land.

Head to the beach area which is North on the left-hand island. On your way there, there should be a very noticable cliff. If you're not already up there, make your way up.

The cliff around this area is pretty tall, so find the highest area and boost of it. Boosting helps because it makes you head forward, instead of dropping to the nearest piece of groud below the cliff. It shoud pop once you're back on land, but if it didn't, head back up and try again from a higher spot.

    • A Face Like a Beast

This achievement is only available after "A Number of the Beasts" so be sure to continue the story until that mission is done.

First things first - Head to a Motor Forge and equip the Zaulia Threads. These are free so don't worry about having enough fire tributes.

It's pretty simple, find a Fire Beast, run up and hop aboard. They're abundant in the forest where the mission A Number of the Beasts takes place if you're struggling to find any.

Are you struggling to find enemies? There's a simple solution! There are a bunch of spikes with skulls impaled on them. For some reason, these count as enemies, so just crisp them up with your Fire Beast and the achievment is yours. I'm not sure why this works but it still works in 2024, so hop on it quick before Daddy Scafer catches on!
