I recommend starting the game without any DLC in order to complete these, otherwise it will take much longer to get these achievements.

DLC can be toggled on/off on the ETS2 page in your library. Under the trading cards, you will find a DLC tab. Click "Manage My x DLC," and from there you can check each DLC on or off.

As of Update 1.49, this is dead easy, as all of the Used Trucks are all considered Bought Online, so all you have to do is buy a used truck. Easily attainable early in the game with a small loan.
