To get every achievement you have to:
Grind 100 wins with a friend and buy the masochist perk for $20k to win with it once. Join Asian server for quicker matching, click on your friend in lobby to challenge them. See guide below for tutorial breaking video and some extra info. If your losing friend equips masochist perk matches end quicker. Right side player has lag.
