Clean the level, leave the above items in your box and achievement should pop in the office.

You can farm this by simply picking up and droping the same casing over and over.

This achievement is easy, just leave a map more dirty then when you arrived. Make your mop dirty with blood and spread it around the map, then clock out.

DO THIS ACHIEVEMENT FIRST OR LAST, IF YOU DO IT IN THE MIDDLE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR PROGRESS (COLLECTIBLES/NOTES/ETC)

In the Vulcan Affair, the banger is right near spawn - take it upstairs to ground level and throw it slightly outside of the fence, after about 10 seconds a death beam from space will fire down at it. After about 30 more seconds, the beam will reacquire the boombox and fire on it again, finally destroying it.

In the Vulcan Affair, go upstairs to ground level and throw any item slightly outside of the fence, after about 10 seconds a death beam from space will fire down at it - make sure you are standing close to the edge of the fence/the item so that you get caught in the AoE space blast.

Alternatively, you can use the vendor outside for a beacon, hold it in your hands and hold left mouse until the death ray is confirmed on you.

Either play coop or splitscreen on The Vulcan Affair and proceed to the Holding Pens on Level 2. Hit the button to open the laser door - one player goes in, and the other player hits the button again to lock them in.

In the Vulcan Affair, use the elevator to go to the ground floor, walk to the right and then hug the left to reach the entrance to the Death Ray building. Enter code 283353796784 and go upstairs - press the Death Ray button on its console on the far side of the Death Ray room.

You can solo this via the split screen option in the game. Go to Unearthly Excavation and have your 2nd char pickup and hold pickup to light a flare then use Player 1 to grab it from their hand.

I recommend Caduceus for farming this as a normal playthrough of the game is not likely to result in enough items being fried. Caduceus has a plasma welder very near to the starting area (in the back hall room with the blood messages) and also lots of piles of items that are very easy to fry quickly, such as piles of medical crates.

Can be done in split-screen coop on the Unearthly Excavation map, just press Start on a controller to load a second janitor.

With player 1 take a dynamite, hold the left mouse button and place it at the feet of player 2.

To complete this achievement you have to completely clean every spot of your office, this includes the initial area, the area with the bin and bucket machines, the toilet connected to this room and the trophy room in the sewer. You don't need to unlock Bob's secret room for this achievement. However since it is still possible to miss a tiny speck there is a way to make sure you also get rid of this by using the command 'killnearestmess' in the game's console.

Do it a couple of times and SAVE the game then reload. It should pop.
