In case none of these unlock for you, there is a hidden fifth tutorial (which lacks an achievement) that popped all four tutorial achievements.

Once you're done the tutorials, go back to the Tutorials menu. Click on view all tutorials, and there should be one unlocked called Comeback Practice. All i had to do was open it (you don't have to beat it) and all of them showed up for me at once.
