There's a guide for this achievement on the Steam Community Hub, but it hasn't been updated since the Dark World Expansion (DLC) for TowerFall was released. That guide is missing a lot of newer awards. Instead, use this resource: http://towerfall.wikidot.com/awards. This wiki page does a good job of explaining how to earn each award. I'll share a few tips below, too.

There are 70 awards in total, but to unlock this achievement you only have to earn 90% of them. So, you only need 63 awards. Coincidentally, 7 awards require you to own the DLC. In other words, if you don't own the DLC, you can still unlock this achievement, but you won't have the luxury of skipping the more difficult awards.

Award #56 and #57 require trigger arrows, award #58, #59 and #60 require prism arrows and award #37 requires the Team Revive variant. These are things found in the DLC. The seventh award that requires the DLC is less obvious. It's #40 "Grave Digger Award", which can be earned by activating crushers to kill enemies. These can only be found in Dreadwood, which is a DLC map.

    Some tips:

    1. You don't need other players. You don't even need controllers. You can control all archers using the keyboard. Just use the controls you're comfortable with, and bind the other three archers to the same keys to control them all at once when needed.
    2. Try to earn one award at a time. Chances are, you will be earning different awards than the one you're trying to get most of the time, so trying to earn three at once is a waste of time.
    3. Lower the amount of kills/round depending on what award you're trying to earn to speed things up.
    4. Some awards can be earned by doing a hyper (tap-cancelled) dodge. Refer to the advanced movement guide found on Steam to learn about this move.
    5. Award #41 "Special Delivery Award" can be earned by killing opponents using bomb trap chests. Using the "Bomb Trap Chests" variant doesn't count, unfortunately. Instead, use the "Max Treasure" and "Return as Ghosts" variants, and play with 3 or 4 archers. When a ghost opens a chest, it will always be a bomb trap.
    6. Award #35 "Too Fast Too Furious" is probably the hardest to do. You have to kill yourself during a hyper dodge. However, hyper dodging into an arrow you shot before dodging does not work. You also can't hyper dodge into lava or environmental things that kill you. As far as I know, the only thing that works is getting killed by an arrow that you shot during the hyper dodge. Actually, I'm not quite sure if you must be hit by the arrow during the hyper dodge, I think it works as long as the arrow was shot during the hyper dodge. If you have the DLC, just skip this award.

You'll earn a red skull by beating a level in hardcore mode. In hardcore mode, you only get 4 lives and you will have to face more enemies than usual.

The 14th level unlocks when you have beaten all other levels in hardcore mode.

You will have to play at your best, but there is one trick that helped me many times. Some stages allow arrows to fall infinitely, when there are no obstacles in the way and the arrow wraps to the top of the stage when it exits the bottom of the stage. Let half of your arrows infinitely fall in these stages, and they will often kill an enemy that happens to walk past it. I've seen this trick kill enemy archers many times, the AI doesn't dodge these as much as they would dodge the arrows you shoot directly at them.

In the options menu, configure the controls for keyboard player 2 so that the confirm and dodge keys are the same as keyboard player 1 (by default C and Shift). Start versus with two keyboard players with the Cursed Dodges variant enabled. It doesn't matter what game mode or level you select. After a round has begun, immediately press the dodge key. The Cursed Dodges variant will kill both players simultaneously, ending the round as fast as possible. Due to there being no winner, there will be no victory screen and the next round immediately begins after pressing confirm. Alternate between pressing confirm and dodge to play up to 10 rounds per minute. It will take at least 8 hours and 20 minutes to play 5,000 rounds.

All of the maps can be cheesed with Dev console.

Command to open DEV console is tilde or ö , depends on the keyboard i suppose.
Make your own simple AHK script or record script to your mouse. 25ms Delays between actions should do. I used this script for all of the levels. Controller will be needed as while script is writing on dev console you cant use the keyboard but controller inputs still come through. Both <arrows 6> (Bolts) and <arrows > (Normal arrows)

    arrows 6 //gives you 2 Bolt arrows
    shield //keeps your shield up
    arrows 6
    shield
clear //clear is there to make sure your screen wont get filled with console commands.

With this i was manage to get total time of 2mins 23 seconds of all maps so there are loads of time to spare for 3 min achievement.
    Script goes like this

Arrows <type of arrow you are going to use>
    Arrows <x>
    clear //clears the console

I Will be listing all of the arrow types but we will be only using 3 of them.
    Arrow types:
    0 ⇒ Normal
    1 ⇒ Bomb
    2 ⇒ Super Bomb
    3 ⇒ Laser
    4 ⇒ Bramble
    5 ⇒ Drill
    6 ⇒ Bolt
    7 ⇒ Toy (Harmless)

first number stands for the level number and second number stands for which arrow was used.
