During Endless Tower, there is a small chance to encounter a floor filled with chests, getting to this room will trigger this achievement.

I read bonuses from the university in Adventuring help finding good rooms in the tower.

When you get to the tower's special crafting room, you will find the pillars/statues.

Its the 4 earth golems, click on em, make them all light up.

Adventurers can retire until age 57, you can see their age at their character screen.

To retire them, click on the retire button once they are old enough.

Remember that you can fast forward time if this gets hard to get since time does not pass inside the Endless Tower.
