    • Savage Talons
    • Animal Farm

Gather 2-3 friends who are willing to help, or are after the achievement themselves. Then, have everyone pick Shifu Robot and pick Attacker. Yes, everyone. (except the ai, if you have one, who will be random)

This becomes far easier once everyone surpasses Attacker Level 5, as that gives you a huge advantage of always going first. It is possible without that though, just if you want to reach it first, practice the lower difficulties. When you start on Hyper, have everyone pack 3 Dash! and 1 Windy Enchantment, as those cards are practically essential. Other recommended cards include Dinner and Big Magnum, and some free ones like Nice Present.

The strategy from there is to hard target the boss. Kamikaze him, constantly. Shifu Robot's attack + getting +1 ATK after Norma 2 can do some numbers on the chicken, with some luck. Work on getting hypers and getting your health up so you can use Turbo Charged and do even more, massive amounts of damage to him. Shifu Robot automatically recovers (with 1 HP) but adjust your strategy to keep everyone from dying, when that is a risk. But when death isn't much of an issue, considering Shifu's immediate recovery, the boss often goes under before Chapter 20 at best.

If you're after Animal Farm as well, then it's just as simple as "don't fight the chickens lol." If a small chicken challenges you and you're not at risk of a team wipe, you can just defend and go under. Not a big deal.

    • Mad Dash

Move more than 12 spaces in one turn.

Playing on a map with ice (such as White Winter) makes this a breeze. Just bring Dash (or Accelerator if you like suguri) and use it when you're about to cross a streak of ice tiles. Warp Move tiles should (i don't remember) also help get your number above 12.

    • Nico's Presents!

First and absolutely foremost, you will also need the Acceleration Pack DLC for this achievement. This is because the card needed, Present Thief, is a part of that DLC. I don't know for sure if any AI or anyone in any campaign episodes pack the card for certain.

if you already have 3 copies of the present thief card, skip this section

Provided you have the aforementioned DLC, the Acceleration Card Pack should be available for purchase. Buy it until you get 3 copies of Present Thief. It's an uncommon card, so it may take time (and stars lol) to get 3. You don't really need 3 copies, but i highly recommend it as it increases your chances of drawing the card dramatically. But you can do it with 1, if you're desperate to save money/don't have the 30% off coupon yet. (if the latter is the case, you should absolutely get level 20 before buying anything!! that free coupon you unlock in the shop helps so much in the long run!!)

    resume here, if you skipped

If you're familiar with Star Breaker's Episode 4, then you'd know that it is an achievement haven and i would recommend playing on it for this achievement. Though, i've found that Crossed Christmases' Final Episode seems to work just as well - just make sure you know which Aru is Aru! Aru Scrambled will not work!

Your picks for cards should obviously contain Present Thief. The rest of the cards shouldn't matter too much. If you don't know what to pick or what to do then you may copy my setup.. You could also pack cards like Lonely Chariot for pinpoint manuvering, or Dash if you're not feeling lucky, but this guide does not take those cards into account.

Start by playing the campaign normally, aiming for draw tiles until you get Present Thief in your hand. If you get it before Norma 3, that's okay, just switch your focus to stars for the time being. If you get it after, then pray to the RNG gods and try your absolute hardest to land on Aru's home. It doesn't have to be her home, but it's wishful thinking to think that she'll hit it anywhere else. If your game also contains Aru Scrambled, make sure it is not HER home, and that you are targeting the correct person. This can be made easier if she/anyone else is on her home, so you can walk right up, battle them, and therefore, land on her home. Put down your Present Thief card.

After that, try your best to trail behind Aru. If you overshoot her, it shouldn't be much of a cause for concern, but if you really feel the need, you can battle her. Aru has +2 evade and -1 attack so chances are neither of you will be doing much. Eventually, she WILL go to her own home. It's within the AIs nature to aim for it when needed (normas, healing.) Present Thief will activate and then become dormant till someone else (preferably, you) lands on it. If you did a good job with trailing, battle Aru on her home if you overshoot. Provided you live, Present Thief will activate again and this achievement will pop.

...or, you could just get a nice friend to help you get this achievement by rigging it in multiplayer. But this achievement really isn't dirty enough to warrant that, now is it? 😛

    • Definite Defender

A good bet would be using a tank character, such as Fernet (6 HP, 2 DEF, base-game) and just going ham against a boss with +3 attack until they go ham against you. Suguri is also a solid pick due to her hyper card, but keep in mind that that'll require a fair share of luck with landing on a boss or fighting someone who can do that damage.

The Playground! event has multiple minigames, of which the reward can be double dice, essentially turning opponents into Suguri. If you wish to enable that in a custom game and wait/pray for a bully to attack you, it'll work just fine.

    Also, if you have DLC:

    • Pack Accel Hyper if you have it (Acceleration Pack)
    • Miusaki is a perfect pick due to her only being able to take 2 damage at once
    • There are numerous characters with 7-8 HP (though not a lot of them are good defensively)
    • Kyoko has +3 defense
    • Krila isn't that good defensively but with her hyper her health can go past 6
    • Tomomo (Sweet Eater) can deal 9 damage
    • Probably a couple other things i'm not remembering that could help ^^'

    • Heavy Duty

When picking cards, pack Passionate Research and Nice Present. This cheevo is very demanding of hyper cards, so you will need some extra help drawing them. Packing cards like Long Distance Shot and Cloud Of Seagulls could help, as that can get enemy HP down. Shield Counter also works wonders with Iru. If you're feeling risky, throw in Play of the Gods and Sealed Guardian as well.

Your best campaign choice is Star Breaker Episode 4. If you don't have the Breaker Pack, then Kai Episode 1 should do the job, but it'll be notably harder.

Get Norma 3 however you please, and try to aim for card spaces as to rack up hypers. You won't want to use the hypers before as they usually won't do enough, and you don't want to start using them after as chances are you won't have enough time to get all 5 kills. Once you're at Norma 3, wait for multiple people (or just one person) to reach 2 or 1 HP and then use your hyper. Play normally in-between hypers. Rinse and repeat until you get 5 kills.

    • Smoke and Mirrors

"Your smoke effect" is Binding Smoke, as described in Mira's character card.

The most efficient way to pump out Binding Smoke is to fill your deck with trap cards. Don't pack cards that could potentially harm yourself (ex: flamethrower, bad pudding) since it makes things harder. I packed 3 copies of Mimyuu's Hammer, Dangerous Pudding, and Wanted. You can swap out which trap cards you use if you see fit.

Star Breaker Episode 4 is the quintessential map choice for this achievement. If you don't have the Breaker Pack, then your best bet will likely be to play a custom game on either Practice Field or Farm, with Charity and Miracle enabled.

When in-game, aim for card spaces and chances are likely you'll get a trap card. In Farm (SB Ep 4,) focus putting all of your cards in the center of the map. In Practice Field, it matters far less, but focus on homes and the inner square. Then just wait, playing normally aside from aiming for draw spaces. Just keep placing trap cards, watch your opponents land on them, and hope they roll enough 1s to trigger this achievement.

    • Mark of a Hero

This achievement is a case of exactly what it says on the tin. Win a game on the action following Leap Through Space... but there's a few key words. On the action following it. Putting Leap Through Space (Marking) directly on your home will not work. You have to put it a good few spaces away from a home (preferably yours) and then roll onto it

I'd put down your hyper (marking) no more than 3 spaces away from your home, then when the time comes (210 stars (to account for hyper cost) or 14 wins) use it and hope you land on it. You could also pack cards like Lonely Chariot and Dash! if you're not confident, but this shouldn't be too much of a challenge on most campaigns/maps.

    • Banned for Life
    • Full Metal Brother
    • Moving Castle in the Sky

Store Manager (Banned for Life) appears on Practice Field, Space Wanderer, Pudding Chase, Christmas Miracle, Highway Heist, Tomomo's Abyss, White Winter, Farm, Sweet Heaven, Treasure Island, Treasure Island (Night), Icy Hideout, Santa's Workshop, and Ocean Dive.
Shifu Robot (Full Metal Brother) appears on Planet Earth, Warfare, Sealed Archive, Clover, Star Circuit, Training Program, Vortex, Starship, and Shipyard.
Flying Castle (Moving Castle in the Sky) appears on Lagoon Flight, Sunset, Night Flight, Frost Cave, Witch Forest, Sakura Smackdown, Over the Sea, Dark Citadel and Beginner Town.

A general strategy for bosses, aside from grinding these out in singleplayer if you'd like, is (unless you can pull off character-specific shenanigans, let's say you just pop off as Tomomo and roll 8 against a boss) to wait until the boss drops to 1 health, then either attack a player on top of a boss space (if they live) or just do your best to land on a boss space before anyone else does.

Additional tip: in singleplayer, you can hold Ctrl and Shift to speed things up exponentially. (Especially if you're not on Speed 4. But why would you not be on Speed 4?)

    • Turned Tables

Defeat an opponent while the Backtrack field effect is active.

Best done in a custom game, where you can change the field effects/map at will. Pick a bully character, like Yuki or Tomomo, as their heightened attack stat will make this a lot easier.

    • Starbound

If you wish to not rig this in multiplayer:

Stack cards like Piggy Bank, Holy Night, and Nice Jingle. Play on a map in which bases are avoidable, like Tomomo's Abyss or Clover, and enable the Miracle field event. If you're feeling risky, you can play as a bully character to leech stars off of weaker characters - but playing as Aru or Poppo are significantly safer bets, due to their hypers and (usually) survivability.

If you have the Breaker Pack DLC, though, you can extremely easily stall the game on Star Breaker Episode 4 while you get 700 stars on casual difficulty. Just pick a bully character and enjoy the massacre.

    • Kiss from a Rose

Play a few games to get familiar with this character first. Kyousuke is decently complicated, and using his hyper effectively is practically required.

Marc's first campaign level stars both Peat and Kai. While it is a split stage (Lagoon Flight) it's a pretty good bet for doing it solo. I'd personally prioritize peat, considering he has only 3 health - but his stats are not to be reckoned with. Kai is a fantastic character all around, so good luck if you go after him.

In terms of strategy, it's about what you'd expect. A bully goose chase, warping when need be. Maybe bring a good few Here and There cards.

    • Waylaid

Defeat an opponent player on the same panel as you using Ambush.

Pick a bully character or a character with a solid battle hyper and wait for the stars to align. Packing Party Time is a fabulous idea, as the AI love to use that to death.

    • A Side Order of Chicken

Defeat all three enemies after landing on a Piyopiyo Procession.

Pick a bully character, optimally. Wait to place the trap on your own house for the best odds. Then you just gotta kill the enemies - they're pushovers, but even in OJ a pushover can prove very challenging. If your luck is phenomenally bad, then pack cards like Little War or Final Battle.

    • Put It on the Bill

Use Tactical Retreat or Overseer (as a battle card) while under the effects of President's Privilege or Extension.

Extension is pretty much a gamble as to what comes up, it'll take time before either one comes up.
The odds of being able to use Tactical Retreat and President's Privilege in the same turn (except for maybe co-op, haven't tried that) is pretty astronomical.

So your best bet is to use NoName, a DLC character, as Overseer is his hyper card. If you don't own him, wait for him to be in the free rotation or just buy him, as he's one of the game's best characters. From then on, you just need to line everything up - boss on the field, both cards in hand, and absolutely any opponent in front of you. Use PP, move to opponent, battle, use Overseer. Easier than it sounds, usually.

    • Hard Counter

KO another player using Shield Counter while at 1 HP.

I lost all of what i originally wrote, so to make it quicker - play on a campaign level with Yuki on it. Wait until you're at 1 HP, she's at 3 or less, and you have the card. Then let her attack you. Or, you could rig it in multiplayer - which i recommend if you have the patience, this is not a fun one.
