In order to complete this achievement, you need to play the game from the 21st - 25th on January, any year is fine. I would suggest playing this on newbie difficulty and change the settings that fits for you and then once done start a new game. A side quest will appear asking you to search ruins (temple ruins are the only ones that can validate this part of the quest). You'll most likely have to search for 3-4 ruins before the validation pops up, then you'll have to fight a single unit, Eslek Tarosh. Then pass the turn after that and the achievement will be unlocked.
