    1. Go to Center Perks/Stalag Flucht prison.

    That's all you have to do, literally. In those prisons you (sometimes) have 5 people with opinion over 80 right at the start of the game and you can just press "Q" on them and they will follow you. If you don't have enough people, restart the game until you do.

    • Santa's Lap

    Go to Santa's Sweatshop (free dlc on steam) and go to the visitation area during free time. Attend a visit until the person leaves, you should have the achievement.
