To get this achievement, you need to play a standard game (with tricks & threats enabled) and win it without using any of the power-ups. The achievement will not be triggered if you play a "No Bonuses" game.

You can get this achievement easily after you unlock Free Play mode. All you need to do is to beat the first Free Play challenge on Standard mode without using any tricks. The AI uses threats less frequently compared to Story mode, so you should be able to reach 100 without any problems.
