Grishak is the Orc near the endgame, usually, after the last bench you can take the passage to the dragon or open a door.
Most of the time, opening the door results in an instant death but with Ellion, you can confront the orc inside.
To get the achievement, instead of trying to fight him, talk to him and ask to know more about him and his relationship to you, unlocking this achievement. -
0- Jeepers Creepers
After getting to the beach where you can meet Oriana, go north but DO NOT go to the tower to the west, you need to head straight north into the Domain of the Dead.
Once you fight the ghosts in the stairs and enter, take the west path.
Fight some skeletons and go up the stairs to a mural where you will confront your fears.
Win this fight and the achievement will be yours.

0- Neanderthal Negotiator
In the Dwarven Ruins, take the west passage at the cave-in entrance, past the statues, the bats and the dark room to get to the dining hall.
Here, you can pick up the chalice, crucifix or go down some stairs.
Go down the stairs, fight some fire golems and win, you will get the fire gem.Back in the dining hall, go north and exit the ruins, after changing areas, you will be able to go to a cave to the east, do so and find the cavemen.
Instead of fighting them, give them the fire gem and you will get this achievement. -
0- "I'll Get It!"

As Krea, you start with the chalice in your inventory so you dont need to get it from the dwarven ruins.
At the beachfront, do NOT take the tower path or you will skip the Domain of the Dead where the blood pool you are seeking resides.
If you take the right path inside the domain of the dead, go left in the wraith room, going up, will skip the blood pool.
Once in the pool, fill the chalice and you'll get this achievement.Since you are playing as Krea, go north and up the stairs, left then down and confront the mirror demon to try for (Father Knows Best)

After entering the school of magic, go west then through the cave troll's pit.
Do NOT use the cheese on the rats or you will skip Alendra's room.
Once you deal with the rats, take the east door to meet Alendra.
Ask her about the situation and agree to help her by taking the key.Achievement unlocked!

0- Shining Sword
- Handled With Care
The hall of hands is in the dwarven ruins (go east all the way after exiting the orc barracks: first area).
First, you need the dwarven runestone found in the boots of the tortured dwarf in the goblin prison (2nd door on the left)
As you enter the ruins, go east then north, then through the left door.
Use the runestone here and (Handled With Care) will pop.
Continue north through the paintings room, use the bench and then go east.
Here, put your sword on the altar and the (Shining Sword) is yours!

It is recommened you play as Wanushu for these, since there is a Wanushu exclusive at the end.
To get to the mines, after leaving the Orc barracks, go east, then north from the bench, then west into the mine.
There, you can attack or talk to the goblins.
To get (Ask Questions Later), attack them without talking to them.Continue north and you will find a corpse in webbing, inspecting it will give you (Goblin Surprise) but you will lose a skill point and will have to fight.
Go north from here into the spider's lair, you will find some boots, putting them on will give you another -1 skill and you will have to fight a big spider with the penalties but if you win, you'll get (There's No Place Like Home)
If you are playing as Wanushu, winning over the giant spider will also give you (Eensy-Weensy).

0- Kill Jester

In the magic school, go east once you enter it.
You can bypass all the rooms until you get to a fork after the tile trap room where you need to choose north or west.
Going north then into the door instead of the exit through the stairs will lead you to a room with a Jester called Pathos.
Kill him for (Kill jester).Later, in the 2nd part of the maze, you will find another jester called Mathos.
Refuse his offers of help for gold, you will then have the option to tell him about the murder of his twin.
Fighting him and winning will get you (Falconhoof Be Not Proud) -
0- Say Cheese!
You can find the piece of cheese in some goblin's corpses, the ones torturing a dwarf in the goblin prison at the start of the game.
Once you reach the final boss, throw the cheese at him and then defeat his enraged form.. its a tough battle but if you win, you'll get this achievement.

0- Aard Work
When you start the game, as you enter the cave, you have the option of going east or west.
By going east, you will find a pit and in a small cave down in the pit, you will find the Aardwolf meat.
The meat can be used to pass the guard dogs in the western part of this area, to get this achievement, you must keep the meat until later.
Once you arrive at the river bank, you have the option to enter the big building north OR climb the west tower.
To get this achievement, decide to climb the west tower to meet with an old beggar.
If you pass a Luck Roll, you will be able to feed this person, choose to give him the Aardwolf meat to get this achievement.
If you fail the Luck Roll, you will need to either start a new game OR quickly exit the game, when you return, there is a good chance you will be back at the point before rolling the Luck Roll so you can try again.

0- NYEH HEH HEH!!
Once you reach the river bank, just before the land of the dead area, you will be able to explore a small boathouse.
The boathouse is locked, you will need the keys from the small shack first, where an old man is sleeping.
Once you have the keys, go to the boathouse and open it, you can choose to fight the skeletons but to get this achievement, you must talk to them.
Bluff your butt off by telling them you are their new boss and you have a rare and incurable skin condition.
The achievement will pop as soon as you are able to loot the boathouse without a fight.

0- Totally Legitimate Career
After leaving the Orc Barracks and going into the 2nd area, go west then north to fight a troll and get the Bull amulet, then head west again and talk to the acolyte about the magic school. He will give the password to enter it, the school is a little further west.
You wont be able to fight the troll with some characters, it wont give you the option, so try again with another character later.
One you enter the magic school with the amulet, go east and into a door and fight the Earth mage, after ask about Zargon to get the earth vial.
Going north, enter the NE door and show the amulet to get Air Vial.
You can now go west into a door and get Fire Vial by defeating the salamaders, but you can skip this if you want.
Going north, you can go to the library then east to the tile room, past that there's a fork.
Going north will take you outside the school, so dont and go west.
Go north thru the door and talk to the water mage and get water vial.
Go west into the gremlin room, fight then make a potion.
Fire+Water+Air = Invisibility potion
Earth+Air = Potion of FortuneWater+Air = Potion of Skill
Any of those potions will net you this achievement.

0- Losers Weepers
There are lots of goblins who will hint that they know the location of your target, but finding him requires a bit of navigation. After the bridge fight out of the goblin prison, head west at the passage and speak to the acolyte, asking about the School of Magic and gaining the password to get safely through the hungry door. You can either head through the school of magic or veer west to cirumvent it. Either way you will end up on a bank of the river with stepping stones across it. Use the stepping stone to cross. Thankfully, Dekion has Agility, which means you can cross the stones without needing a skill test.
In the cave on the other side of the river is a dead Dwarf. Exploring the hole will uncover a second chest full of goodies. As you leave the cave, you will encounter your target. Kill him to recover your locket and gain the achievement "Losers Weepers." -
0- Make a Wish

After leaving the Orc Barracks, go west and meet the school acolyte, ask about the school and you'll get the password.
A little further west and north, you will be faced with the gate, utter the password to go inside.
Take the west past there, past a pit, a troll and some rats due north.
You will find the mysterious green goo, you can drop several items in it.
Dropping a gold piece will give you Make a Wish.
After leaving the room with green goo described for the achievement Make a Wish you will enter a mine.
Go west from the entrance and you will get this achievement.

0- AB Positively Refreshing
After reaching the river bank, going up into the domain of the dead, you will reach a pool of blood at the top of the area.
Drinking from the pool will give you a Blood Curse and this achievement.
The curse is something you want to avoid, I think it gives you -2 Luck.

- Mathemagician
Taking the east path as you enter the school of magic, you will eventually come to a fork in the road where you can go east or up some stairs to a door, this is the library.
Betting a few gold pieces, you can start a sequence game with the librarian.
Use your math brain to predict the next number in his sequence or use google to do it for you, you'll get Mathemagician.
Going east from the magic school's library you will find a tiled room.
Step on the stars and only stars as you pass through and get Magic Feet.

0- Gurgen Will Be Pleased
Contrary to what the achievement says, this achievement is gotten by getting the sword from the goblin king, NOT from the river.
To fight the King, there is more than 1 way to do it but I personally went west until I found the mages and their rat powder, talked to them about it, then, after the stone bridge and the bench, I went up the ladder, had a fight then used the powder, after entering the fray, fought more goblins and then the king.
After you win, you'll get this achievement.
Be careful because you can escape the goblin caves without fighting the king.

0- Lucky Guess
After escaping the goblin caves, you will find yourself in front of the magic school, DO NOT go north, go east instead.
Keep going east until you cross the stone bridge and then north into the ruins.
Here, go west and avoid the statue's gaze, fight some bats, enter the screaming room and escape northeast and when you get to the dining hall go north then east to where the helmets are. Pick the iron helmet and you'll get the achievement.

0- Groundbreaking News
- Buried Treasure
After you exit the goblin caves, across the bridge guarded by statues, you will be left in front of the magic school from the vanilla part of the game.
You can go east and avoid the school to head towards the dwarven ruins but for this achievement, you need to go north.
You will need to take a hit to go through the door but there is a bench after.
When you need to decide where to go next, go east then enter the door to meet the Earth Master.
You will need to fight his stone hands then talk to him to get Breaking News.
After getting (Groundbreaking News) go forth north to exit the school through the northwest stone stairs.
After the new area loads, you will be in a chamber with sand.
Go northeast and ignore the bench if you want (or else you'll fight tough sandworms after resting and saving).
Do NOT go into the water, test your skill to go past the stones and into the river cave where a dead dwarf is.
Search the hole again until you find the treasure, netting you Buried Treasure.
