This one can be treated like an idle game.

Trigger Time-Stop ability and pause the game for a minimum of 30 minutes. The ability itself only lasts a few seconds each blast. It'll trigger on it's own without needing to unpause.

Go to Bad Science in the 2nd zone, 2nd level. Progress until you reach a tunnel where 4 spike enemies appear vertically. Get two in a line horizontally, fire laser, and if one doesn't move fire again otherwise restart level, achievement will trigger upon 2nd hit.

The tricky part is hitting both in two laser shots back to back as you have a chance of one moving away after one laser shot--it must be done in TWO turns.

Go to Bad Science in the 2nd zone, 3rd level. Progress towards a wide open area of ice clusters (the scientist that is your guide will point that out). In the bottom right of that wide room, is a shooting enemy that follows along with your turns. You'll also find an enemy that will burp on you at close range and will follow you on each turn. Maneuver yourself around so when the shooter fires, you can Time-Stop and push the burper into the projectile all while in Time-Stop--it does not need to kill.
