    In Nightmare mode, everything is well.. hell.

    Monsters have 150% HP, You take 120% damage and have 120% more need for food and water, you cant save from the Pause menu, Contamination and Infection spreads faster.

    Faster Infection means faster invasions to your HQ with more enemies and bigger and tougher versions of the mutated coming on earlier than you might be ready for.

    However, there is a way to make Generator Invasions easier with minimal damage to your cores, albeit at a cost of a slightly faster spread of infection in other areas because we are going to remove most cores and have a general blackout before the invasion begins.

    This way, only the guns will be damaged but they will always be easier to replace than cores, also, you will be taking care of a few cores in a corner while killing mutants from behind a barricade.

    Some pointers on this final boss fight.

    You need to destroy her shield by destroying some cores that are scattered around the battlefield.

    The Cores on the outside of the arena and the ones in the middle that are across the lava have the less HP and can be destroyed easily.

    The Cores you can walk next to have the most HP.

    SMG are better than Pistols since you dont have time to aim and you need to constantly run (with the best drug Windrax)

    You need a Plasma Cannon to clear out the mobs that will eventually chase you.

    Have the best armor, you need the extra mobility and the extra quickslots.

    You need first aid kits and pills that reduce corruption.

    This boss is very tricky but this is what you need to focus on.

    So, destroy the outer cores until her shield is gone, then run to the middle area.

    She will float near the cores in the middle, the ones across lava, destroy that core right then and she will take massive damage.

    Do that a few times while also shooting at her with everything you have while her shield is down.

    If her shield goes back up, go around the battlefield to destroy more cores until her shield is down.

    Eventually she will die, congratz, you finished the game!
