Easily achievable by doing the Home level in Story mode.

From your house, kill all civilians and head to the party, use a grenade there and kill around 10 more on your way to the police station, get quickly inside and start shooting, go to the upper floor and as soon as the last person flees or dies the station, the main objective will be completed.

Run towards the closeby sewer exit and this will pop up as the cinematic plays.

This can be done in a quick minute on Home Level in the Funeral Procession area.

There will be around 8 people closeby the funeral vehicle, throw a grenade towards the front of the vehicle so the vehicle's explosion kills the civilians at the back of it.

In the level Downtown, there is a store called Fast Buy that has around 15 TVs, its located to the northwest, close to the Bank.

Use grenades or molotovs to destroy these and you can get this achievement fast.

There are also a lot of hipsters here, you can do the achievement to kill them too.

You can do this in Story mode.

It is random whether you will be able to see this type of execution, although beware: If you have "Safe executions On" in the options, you will never be able to see these.

You need to complete the following objectives:

• Kill the sarge
• Blow up statues
• Blow up flags (6)
• Practice at the shooting range

This one can be failed if you destroy the targets with explosives instead of shooting them from the front and outside the range like you are supposed to, so be careful.

Just to kill the curiosity of some people, you need to keep the game running while you are on a level, if you just open the game and stay in the menu it won't count to the achievement.
