Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop?!

Missableif you go forward to the second world without getting this.

In the first world, max out the level of all the heroes.

You must also complete Claude Strafe's request first.

You dont need to complete Tater's request on the first region/world, you do need to unlock it, you can do the achievement after you arrive at the second region, here, you can get more smiths and upgrade the weaponshop to level 2.

Once you have good smiths, getting these requirements before the next region is super easy, barely an inconvenience.
