8Bit Fiesta

I'm not exactly sure how many times you have to die, but it's probably a modest amount. This can easily be done in one sitting in singleplayer mode.
PS: If you don't get it and you think you should have it, try rebooting your game, it only popped for me once I went back into the game and through the main menu.

On level 18 in the story mode, go through the level and wait on any of the platforms past the first jump at the very bottom row until the giant dog makes its way all the way down, and jumps into the water before the first jump.

This achievement requires you to die a low amount of times in an airplane, you should be able to get this fairly easily or without trying to on the first level you are given an airplane.

Achievement unlocks when a player gets 5 beers in Fiesta mode. This can easily be achieved singleplayer with another controller by setting it to the hardest difficulty, then win the minigame, leaving the other player idle, which should give that player 5 beers. If you don't get 5, then keep trying until you do, it depends on the mini-game.

It should be noted that characters unlocked from the singleplayer story mode seemingly do not count for this achievement. If you're playing the game just for achievements, you usually will get this one alongside Fiesta King as you get three character unlocks over the course of 10 rounds.

It should be noted that Fiesta Mode also counts toward this achievement.
