Go to the first air lift and fall onto it repeatedly until 10 seconds have passed. Then carefully land onto a truck below and it should unlock.

Ace is when you clear a level first try. Can be done at any time after finishing a level.

Go to level select and select the map. I'm not sure if the first map you pick counts towards it, but when you click "Next Level" and complete it without dying it should gave you the Ace bonus at the end of the map.

Can be completed on Halloween level 9.

Equip grappling hook, and grab onto the ghost while holding space. Continue holding space until you have enough points and then turn around to complete the level. You can also continue this to farm credits to unlock all the abilities.

Credits can be farmed on Halloween level 9. Use grapple hook to latch onto the ghost. Continue holding jump to stay latched, and then turn around to complete the level.
