Dishonored 2

During the first level after you leave the Dunwall tower there is a newspaper office on the left side of the road near the docks. If you enter and go to the highest floor you will see a guard threatening the printer.

This achievement is a bit buggy because sometimes you won't be able to interact with the journalist after he called out for help and you killed/knocked out the guard (on easy difficulty for sure, not tested on higher difficulties).

I solved this by making a lot of sound outside the room so the guard would come, then killing him. (I killed everyone from the tower to the newspaper office to attract all the guards) After that I was able to talk to the printer and after the cut scene the achievement will pop up.

So during mission 5 Royal Conservatory there is this device the witches want to use to corrupt the sisters of the oracular order situated on the left side and unmissable since it is huge.
To get the achievement you have to pull the lever three times without switching the lenses (required for the non lethal elimination of Breanna).

I suggest neutralizing all the witches in the vicinity first since they will come to the device if you trigger it. (No need to neutralize Breanna, she won't notice)
