Finish the game with a completion % with less than or equal to 33%. General tip is to swim a lot to avoid making platforms green

Complete the game by touching the final yellow beam of light

Both are speedrun achievements, 8 and 4 minutes respectively. The time starts when starting a new game and will end if you hit the final yellow beam. The only places you will lose time is not knowing where to go so try to memorize the route.
